Cancellation Policy

1. For Tour Packages

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the travel date will qualify for a full refund, minus a small processing fee.
• For cancellations made between 15 to 29 days, a partial refund (up to 50%) will be issued.
• Cancellations made within 14 days or less from the travel date will not be eligible for a refund.

2. For Accommodation Bookings

• Refund eligibility depends on the individual property’s cancellation policy, which will be shared at the time of booking.

3. For Flights and Transfers

• Flight cancellations are subject to the airline’s refund and cancellation policies.
• Transfers can be canceled up to 48 hours in advance for a full refund.

Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days from the date of cancellation approval.
• The amount will be credited to the original mode of payment (credit card, bank account, etc.).
• Any non-refundable components such as processing fees, taxes, or third-party charges will be clearly stated during the booking process.

How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

1. Visit your account dashboard and navigate to the Bookings section.

2. Select the booking you wish to cancel and click Request Cancellation.

Important Notes

• Refunds for last-minute changes or no-shows are not guaranteed unless specified otherwise in the booking terms.
• In case of trip disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest), we will work with our partners to offer alternative arrangements or partial refunds where possible.
• Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.
